Direct Source is built on a proud family heritage that stretches back more than 40 years within the UK trophies, medals and awards industry. journey began in 1979 when William Beese started the business from a front room at home, driven by a passion for supplying quality awards and exceptional customer service.

As demand grew, the business expanded from a small village shop into a large warehouse operation few year later, establishing a strong reputation throughout the trade sector.

Between 1983 and 2002, we specialised in supplying trophy shops, award retailers and resellers across the UK, gaining invaluable industry knowledge and experience. This period allowed us to develop strong supplier relationships, extensive product expertise and a deep understanding of what customers expect from a leading awards specialist.

In 2002, the family made the bold decision to transform the business and embrace the growing opportunities of online retailing. Moving from a trade-focused operation to selling directly to trophy and medal buyers across the UK marked a significant milestone in our history. This new direction enabled us to offer customers better value, greater choice and a more direct service, while continuing to build on the expertise gained over decades in the industry.

Although we keep considerable levels of stock thanks to our bulk buying programme, it is impossible to hold keep everything in our vast range onsite so please check with our Sales Team when it comes to more prestigious items such as silver- plated cups as they may take a few days to be manufactured.
